You will be kept posted on the progress of the sale of your Property with an update every week. Your phone calls will be returned by a qualified Team Member within 24 hours. GUARANTEE: If we fail to update you weekly we will give you $1000.
2. HONEST PROMISES GUARANTEE:
Guarantee #1 is a good example. We are not going to wildly promise you the moon and stars to get your business. We will tell you what we can and will do, exactly how we operate, as well as what we will not do, up front, in clear language. When we list your home, we will give you a detailed Professional Service Agreement in writing. GUARANTEE: if at any time, we fail to honour that agreement, we will give you $500.
3. REALITY BASED SELLING PRICE RANGE:
We get you top dollar. Our track record and statistics prove it. But we will never play the ‘bait n switch’ game of promising to get you a wholly unrealistic price just to get your listing, then wearing you down with low ball offers. Unfortunately, this does go on in our business. GUARANTEE: for every $5,000 we sell your Property for, below the agreed upon range, we will give you $200.00 (up to a maximum of $1,000). We will also buy your Property for a pre-agreed price at any time you like*.
4. HONEST PRESENTATION OF EXPERIENCE AND TRACK RECORD:
Everything stated about Actus Real Estate Group throughout these materials is summarized in our “FACTS” brochure. This is an accurate, factual representation, fully supported by documentation, provided on request. GUARANTEE: If anyone can demonstrate that any of these statements or statistics summarized in the “FACTS” brochure is false, Peter Mazzuchin will donate $1,000 to the charity of their choice.

We are so confident that our real estate system will work for you that we Guarantee you the right to de-hire us at any time prior to submitting an offer to purchase a home, with no penalties or obligations, if you feel our service does not live up to our promises.
2. LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT GUARANTEE:
We have many unique systems especially for our buyers which allow us to quickly zero in on exactly what you’re looking for and help you beat out other buyers to the best new listings.
However, even if it doesn’t work out, your satisfaction is still Guaranteed. GUARANTEE: If you're not happy with your home purchase within 24 months, we'll sell it for free and help you find another home that’s a better fit.
3. SAVE $5,000 OR WE WILL PAY YOU $500:
When you find the home you want to purchase, we will negotiate on your behalf to help you purchase this home for at least $5,000 less than the listed asking price Guaranteed, or we will pay you $500 cash at the closing of the sale.
